Dave Garrett is General Manager of Service-YETI at Greenfoot Energy Solutions, where he leads the company's service division across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, and British Columbia. With over a decade in the trades, starting in plumbing before moving into HVAC sales and operations management: Dave is focused on building a true proactive maintenance culture: the right membership programs, the right team habits, and AI-powered automations that make every customer interaction faster, smarter, and more consistent. He joined Greenfoot in February 2022 as Regional Operations Manager before stepping into the General Manager role, and previously held Comfort Advisor and Operations Manager positions at ET Mechanical after starting there as a Service Technician. Earlier in his career, Dave spent six years as a Plumbing Foreman at Consolidated Services, managing residential and commercial new-construction projects. He earned his Journeyman Plumber designation from NBCC Saint John in 2010.
