How do maintenance visits work with my tenants?

Everything goes through you or your property manager. We group visits by building to keep disruption to a minimum, and tenants always receive advance notice before we enter a suite.

What does in-suite maintenance include?

For each suite, we change filters, clean the heat pump or HVAC unit, check the thermostat, and note the condition of the equipment so you know exactly how everything is running.

Are repairs included in the plan?

Repairs are billed separately, but plan members get priority scheduling and discounted diagnostic rates, so problems get fixed faster and for less.
