Bring Greenfoot to Your Classroom!

A Fun, Engaging Way to Teach Kids About Caring for the Earth

Are you looking for a fun, interactive way to engage your students in environmental care? Jen Vandermaar, the author of the Greenfoot books, is here to help alongside Greenfoot, the lovable green yeti!

What’s Included in a Visit?

Storytime with the Author: Jen will read one of Greenfoot’s eco-friendly adventures, teaching kids simple, effective ways to care for the environment.

Interactive Discussion: After the story, we’ll talk about easy, kid-friendly ways to be “green like Greenfoot.” Using big, fun posters, Jen will show your students how small actions like turning off lights, picking up litter, and using refillable water bottles can make a big difference.

• Fun coloring pages for each student
• One Greenfoot yeti teddy to display as a friendly reminder to stay eco-friendly.

Quick & Engaging:
The session lasts around 30 minutes, ending with tons of hugs and high fives for Greenfoot!

• Greenfoot’s teddy becomes a classroom mascot that encourages daily eco-friendly actions.
